How to Launch the Project
As we discussed when we spoke on Friday, Jeff, here is what this project covers.
Two weeks from the project launch, we will have the newly remastered web site on a more secure platform that is easier to edit than the current one, looks 20x better, and have added capabilities that will help Monkey’s House thrive in its online presence.

If I’ve we need to make any minor changes or you think of something after we’ve begun, know that it will be included in the donated development fee. Our policy is “only good surprises.”
Project Scope and Objectives
- To remaster the site so it has a modern user interface (UX) and is easier to navigate to very important pages (VIPs), such as the membership page.
- To make it easy to make updates to text and images. For anything more complicated, our tech team gurus are available.
- To add the ability for people from your social media to sign up for your email newsletter. In addition, we will track how each person has entered the system so we can communicate with fans, supporters, subscribers, major donors, board members, and others easily and appropriately.
- To provide and configure a system to send out eNewsletters, which you write and my team can be responsible for sending and reporting on.
- To add and configure an online shopping cart that collects subscriptions and sends funds to the organization’s bank account automatically.
- Create and train how to use a blog for text and video. Repurpose FB live.
- Support annual fundraiser: sales of t-shirts.

Project Costs
Required to Initiate the Project
- Web site remastering $7,500 (donated to Monkey’s House).
- Annual Hosting and Support $2,500.
