  1. Can do more to describe the treatments in terms of the transformation each creates for the client. Take before and after photos with permission. Describe the benefits that accumulate over time – i.e., not just 1 or 2 sessions, but after 3 months, 6 months, 12 months of consistent treatments.
  2. Once the services detail those benefits, you can add a lead magnet to educate the buyer and build your list of prospects.
  3. The Services page set only provides a price list primarily and fails to help a visitor understand the importance of the customer journey.  Need to think about how a customer starts to work with you and where she will end up for the greatest mutual satisfaction. For instance, an eyelash extension generates more income initially, but the facials attract customers who have greater lifetime value to the business.
  4. Business model needs to provide easier way to grow and scale.
  5. Salon is restricted in having some of the “bring a friend” options due to layout and equipment requirements. Brainstorm options that allow for these types of events.
